Which of the following Opeth albums uses the most clean vocals?
Clean as in not growled/screamed

Orchid
Morningrise
My Arms Your Hearse
Still Life
Deliverance

if you cant answer for clean vocals, then answer for the most instrumental passages

THANKS

Well I’m assuming you already know Damnation uses all clean vocals and no growls since you didn’t put that on your list. Out of these I would say it is close between Morningrise and Still Life, although all of them are about the same I guess.

Here are some songs from these albums that use only clean vocals;

Orchid – N/A

Morningrise – To Bid You Farewell

My Arms Your Hearse – Credence

Still Life – Benighted, and Face of Melinda

Deliverance – A Fair Judgement

I don’t have a statistical knowledge on that. I know on most albums I own, they mix clean and growling ones.
They are the only rock band that I can take with growling vocals, because the music is simply beautiful.
My favorite song with clean vocals is
BURDEN from the Watershed album. For me, that is amongst the best songs of the decade.
